Verto has allowed us to effectively manage our Capital Portfolio and keep all project
documents updated and files saved within the same system. The reports are quick
and easy to customise, update and run. The support we have received has been
fantastic especially when requesting constant changes and updates!
TMI provides good technical support to solve customers’ issues whenever possible.

Denbighshire has been using Verto for almost three years following a period of review of our Programme and Project management methodologies. The uptake of Verto within the first few months was tremendous by staff at all levels in the Council. It has been able to provide our Senior Leadership with much improved levels of governance and visibility of what projects are being undertaken across the entire organisation; a task which was previously virtually impossible to achieve. Over time, the flexibility of Verto allowed us to transfer our Organisation Risk Register onto the system.
In the latter months of 2013, we were informed by the Data Unit in Welsh Government, the replacement performance management system was not going ahead; we saw the opportunity of working with TMI Systems to develop an integrated system utilising the existing functionality within Verto and enhancing it further to incorporate performance management. TMI accepted the challenge, and despite our seemingly ever changing requirements and much patience on their behalf, we are now operating a very comprehensive solution which enable us not only to produce Project related plans and risk registers, but also our Corporate Plan (Improvement Plan), Service Business Plans and other strategic plans such as our Equality Plan.
The Service plans include all the projects being undertaken within that Service and combine their progress with all other performance related activity, so our ability to see everything going on within one Business area or Service can be produced through one easy to produce plan.
The support from TMI Systems from day one has been outstanding, they are always willing to listen to new ideas and respond to all system enquiries almost by return.

We have been using Verto since 2010. The system has come a long way over the
last few years, working closely with TMI Systems we have successfully tailored and
implemented Verto at the Council. We have found that the flexibility of the system,
and the support provided by TMI Systems has meant that we now have a project
management system that resonates with our project managers and fully supports
our governance expectations.
Since implementing Verto at Horsham DC, senior management for the first time have been
able to have a clear overview of all projects being run within the organisation, and the state
of those projects via consistent accurate reports. A clear view of all project budgets and risks
has resulted in all projects being run and controlled in a more efficient manner across the

At Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service we have be using Verto for a number of years now, the system has evolved significantly to meet our needs as our project management capability within the organisation has progressed. The support provided by TMI is readily available and there is opportunity to request development and commission bespoke reports.
The system has enabled us to hold all of our project information in one place, allowing oversight and visibility of projects as well has reporting at Programme level. In particular the monthly reporting and approvals process has been the most significant for DSFRS, in terms of understanding whether our projects are on track to deliver, discussing any exceptions a programme board.
TMI continues to develop the system for its users and the Service is looking forward to expanding its use of the system, with new functionality that is released on a regular basis.
