TMI Systems has a proven track record of working successfully with the public sector across the UK. We work with over 50 local authorities and have more than 10 years’ experience of providing cloud based services to over 120 public sector clients such as Fire and Rescue Services, NHS CCGs and Local Enterprise Partnerships.

Management (PPM) methodologies

We have many years of experience engaging with clients to help them create the workflow, process steps, management information and governance structure required to achieve their objectives. We are able to advise them on best practice and lessons learnt from a wide cross section of users and pre-configure the Verto solution to meet these needs.

ICT Consulting

Our senior management team has extensive ICT experience across the public and private sector. With the growing trend in Local Authorities to outsource their ICT function to third party providers, we have assisted several councils in the management of this process and the subsequent client side engagement to ensure value for money from the new or existing provider. This can involve a short evaluation of current arrangements and benchmarking, through to an interim manager onsite and working directly with the council for a fixed term.
